TintOps enables shop owners to send SMS messages to their customers for appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, review requests, and marketing communications. The shop owner is responsible for obtaining proper consent from their customers before sending messages through the Service.

Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Customers may text HELP for assistance.
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers and consent information are used solely for delivering the messaging services described above.
