Automated Operations Manager

An autonomous operations layer for your shop. Quiet, relentless, and always paying attention.

AOM is the part of TintOps that runs the work nobody has time to do. It reads your pipeline, your calendar, and your customer history, then handles the back-and-forth that turns quotes into booked jobs and finished jobs into reviews.

Most shop software adds work: another inbox to check, another system to update, another tab no one remembers to open. AOM is the opposite. Every message is personalized to the customer, the vehicle, and the quote. It respects your business hours, your cadence rules, and your customer’s preferences. Step into any thread and automation pauses instantly for that lead.

Pauses on touch. Reply once and AOM stops the sequence for that lead.
Stays on-brand. Your voice, your hours, your discount rules, your cadence.
Logs everything. Every action lands on the contact record so you can audit any thread.
Calls you when it matters. Anything that needs a human shows up in Needs Attention.

F.01 · Lead recovery

Every ghosted quote, followed up. Personally.

Most shops lose thousands a month to ghosted quotes nobody had time to chase. AOM follows up on every single one in your voice, on your timing, with your discount rules.

  • Personalized. Every message references the actual quote, the actual car, the actual conversation.
  • Escalates on your rules. Soft check-in, value reminder, then discount. On your timeline, not a vendor's.
  • Paused on touch. Reply once and the whole sequence stops.

Day 7
Day 0 · 2:14 PM · auto

Hey Maya, thanks for stopping by today. Quote for your Model Y is ready in your portal. Happy to answer anything about shades, what’s legal in CA, or timing.

Day 3 · 11:02 AM · auto

Just bumping this. We’re holding Saturday’s 9 AM through Friday in case you want it. No pressure either way.

Day 7 · 9:08 AM · auto

Last bump from me, we can take 10% off the front 2 if you book this week. After that I’ll close the lead out so it stops bugging you.

Day 7 · 9:31 AM

Let’s do it. Saturday 9 works

Automation paused. You’ve got this thread.

F.02 · Smart upsells

Add-ons where the customer actually is.

Two surfaces, not a sales pitch. Add-ons surface inside the customer's quote when they're already reviewing it, and again on your team's screen at check-in for anything they missed. Total updates live. One tap to add.

Two taps to add to the job. The total, deposit, and warranty record all update.

F.03 · Customer quote experience

Quote to booked, with no phone call.

A branded link where the customer reviews the quote, adds upsells, signs the agreement, pays a deposit, and books their own time against your real availability. All of it syncs back into TintOps the second they complete it.

F.04 · Smart booking form

An embed for your site that creates real bookings.

Wired into your service menu, your price matrix, and your real-time availability. Customers pick their vehicle, see a real price, and book a real time. The lead, the quote, and the appointment land in TintOps automatically.

  • Live pricing. Vehicle and film modifiers compute the total as they pick.
  • Real availability. Only offers slots you can actually run.
  • Embeds anywhere. WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or one line of HTML.

F.05 · Guided check-in

Every job starts with a signed agreement and a complete record.

Walk your team through a four-step check-in the moment the customer pulls into the bay. Nothing forgotten. Nothing improvised. Every job audit-ready before the first square foot of film goes on.

  • Stripe Connect. Card, cash, or applied deposit. Funds land in your account.
  • Review on autopilot. Google and Yelp asks fire on close. Auto follow-up at 24h.

F.07 · Needs Attention

One tab for everything only a human can resolve.

Fresh inbound leads. Ghosted quotes that hit your decision threshold. Recovery replies waiting for you to step in. AOM handles the rest and lands what matters here.

  • Prioritized. Replies and hot leads surface first. Stale items drop down.
  • Context attached. Every item shows the quote, the vehicle, and what AOM already tried.
  • Resolved or escalated. One click takes over the thread, or hands it back to automation.

F.08 · Payments

Get paid where the customer already is.

Stripe Connect deposits, invoices, and in-shop payments on a TintOps-branded page. No third-party redirect. Money lands directly in your account. Cash, card, and deposit all reconciled to the job.

  • Branded pages. Customer sees your shop, not a Stripe Checkout.
  • Deposit then balance. Charged at quote, then closed out at checkout.
  • Reconciled. By job, installer, location, and date — exported on demand.

F.10 · Call recording & transcripts

Every call recorded, transcribed, ready to act on.

Compliance prompts on every call. Automatic transcription. Suggested actions pulled from the conversation and dropped on the contact for your approval.

  • Compliant by default. The right disclosure plays on every call.
  • Searchable transcripts. Find any conversation by name, vehicle, or quoted price.
  • Suggested actions. Create quote, book, update contact — you approve before they run.

F.11 · Settings & configuration

Configured once. Applied everywhere.

Service menu, film catalog, price matrix, team roles, automation rules. Set the rules of your shop in one place and let the platform follow them.

  • One price matrix. Vehicle and film modifiers flow into quotes, bookings, and the embed.
  • Roles that fit a shop. Owner, manager, installer, front desk.
  • Automation in your hands. Timing, hours, cadence, and discount rules for AOM.

04 · A note from the team

We’re building this with shops, not at them.

Photo

TintOps started because every shop we talked to had the same problem: great installers losing thousands a month to ghosted quotes, missed follow-ups, and a stack of half-working tools nobody had time to wire together.

We’re shipping with our launch partners first because the only way to build software for tint shops is inside one. Demos and the beta waitlist open next. Until then, the door is small but it’s open. Reach out if you want to be on the early list.

05 · FAQ

Common questions, answered honestly.

If you don’t see what you’re looking for, the contact details in the footer go to a real human.

01When does the beta open?

Beta opens after our 10 launch partners sign off on the core flows: quote, recovery, check-in, checkout, and payments. We're targeting later this year. The waitlist publishes alongside our demos so you know exactly what you're signing up for.

02What does the Automated Operations Manager actually do?

Lead recovery, appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-up, rescheduling, review requests, and pipeline marketing, all running on rules you configure. Every message is personalized to the customer, vehicle, and quote. The moment you reply or take over a thread, automation pauses for that lead.

03Will TintOps replace my CRM, scheduler, and payment processor?

Yes. That's the point. Leads, quotes, scheduling, agreements, check-in, photos, warranties, payments, and reports live in one system. Stripe Connect powers payments so deposits and final balances land directly in your account.

04Can I bring my existing customers and pipeline?

Yes. Onboarding includes a guided import for contacts, open quotes, and recent jobs. Launch partners did this with us in the first week, and we'll have it down to an afternoon by the time the beta opens.

05Multi-location and multi-installer support?

Team roles, location segmentation, and installer-level reporting are in the platform today. Broader multi-location features (cross-shop scheduling, transfers, consolidated reporting) ship through beta and into GA.

06Pricing?

We'll publish pricing the day the beta waitlist opens. Beta shops get launch-partner pricing locked for the first year as a thank-you for trusting us early.
