By accessing or using the TintOps platform and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
TintOps is a business management platform designed for window tint, PPF, and vehicle wrap shops. The Service includes appointment scheduling, quote management, customer management, pipeline tracking, automated SMS messaging, payment processing, and related features.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including customer information, appointment details, and business records ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store Your Data solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data, including ensuring you have appropriate consent from your customers to store their information and communicate with them through the Service.
The Service enables you to send SMS messages to your customers for appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, review requests, and marketing. By using the SMS features, you agree to:
Message and data rates may apply to recipients. Message frequency varies based on appointment and business activity. You are solely responsible for your messaging practices and compliance with applicable laws.

Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by TintOps and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TintOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account through the Service or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete Your Data after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
